LOCAL MEDIA TOURS THE P HOTEL AND SPA MOCK-UP

State College, PA. Representatives from the local news stations were invited to tour the model "mock up" unit of The P Hotel and Spa. The unit, located at the Hilton Garden Inn at 1221 E. College Avenue in State College, permits guests and potential buyers the opportunity to view the design features of the suites in the new condominium hotel.
"Obviously, the mock up is not to scale on the size and amenities that will be available in the suites but it is a great way to get a sense of the luxury" said Susan Brown, lead designer and owner of Spaces Design, Inc. "The model has examples of the fine linens, the gorgeous Italian marble and the warmth of the interior. The concept mixes contemporary and transitional features with a traditional color palette."
