Bruce Heim and his sons, Ben and John, share a lot in common. All three were raised in State College. All three left to serve their country in the United States Army, attend universities elsewhere, and gain life experiences around the world. Yet all three returned to live, work, and raise their families in Happy Valley.

"Those who have been to other places have a wonderful appreciation of the unique gifts of State College," Ben says.

The Heim family is the driving force behind Tricore Group, a leading residential and commercial real estate development/construction management company serving State College and the surrounding region. With 70 collective years of real estate experience and support for the community, they have undertaken a project that creates a premier living experience for those who share their love for State College. It comes as no surprise that Bruce, Ben, and John have chosen to develop a project that showcases the region while focusing on luxury and the environment—in a community so close to home and family.
