Since winning an international competition held by King Hassan II of Morocco to develop a resort property for that country, Fernsler Architecture LLC has built a reputation for its design of multi-family communities, student housing, healthcare facilities and hotel/resort projects.

In the 33 years since Fred Fernsler started the State College-based firm, he and his son, Adam, have designed properties domestically and abroad. Adam is also a LEED-accredited professional, signifying Fernsler Architecture's understanding of—and commitment to—green building principles and practices.

Both Fred and Adam are honored to be part of this unique undertaking in their community.
