Kerry Bestwick's Pure Yoga Pilates and KerryB Studio at the P Hotel and Spa

State College, PA – Developers of The P Hotel and Spa are pleased to announce that Kerry Bestwick of Pure Yoga Pilates has joined the P Hotel and Spa team and will introduce her "Kerry B" yoga, Pilates and life-coaching studio in the new condominium-hotel, slated to open in early 2010.

Kerry Bestwick came to the United States from Great Britain in 1999 and has developed a worldwide following with her Pure Yoga Pilates videotapes and CDs (www.kerrybestwick.com). Certified as a group and personal fitness trainer with the American Council of Exercise, Kerry has extensive training in yoga, Pilates and other specific mind and body exercise systems. She has taught classes locally at several studios and at Penn State University in the Health Matters faculty & staff program. She currently operates Pure Yoga Pilates studio at East Coast Health and Fitness on Hamilton Avenue in State College. Kerry and her husband Jamie live in Patton Township with their 3 year-old son, Sam. .

The P Hotel and Spa (www.thepcondos.com) is the first luxury condominium hotel in State College and will be among the first environmentally superior LEED certified hotels in the country. DaVinci Design Associates has been contracted to design and manage the 9000 square feet European style spa, which will feature numerous specialty water treatments in addition to traditional spa offerings. The first and second floors of the five-story hotel will include retail and restaurant space as well as lounge, wine cellar, banquet and meeting space and an indoor pool.
