Internationally renowned Spa Management Team to Partner with The P Hotel and Spa

State College, PA – The development team of The P Hotel and Spa is pleased to announce their partnership with DaVinci Design Associates to direct the design, training and management of The P Hotel and Spa's in-house spa.

With offices in Florida, California and Melbourne, Australia, DaVinci Design Associates (www.davincidesignassoc.com) offers a variety of services including consultation in design, training of staff and daily operations management. Their facilities can be found in hotels and resorts, health clubs, medical spas and day spas across the world. Current projects include: Equani Spa at Brasstown Valley Resort, Georgia; The Palms in South Beach, Florida opening in January of 2009; and the Golden Bear Resort developed by Jack Nicklaus in the Dominican Republic. They are also currently in development of a wellness and maternity spa slated to open in Dubai in February 2009 providing specialized treatment and health education for women.

Our focus is hydrotherapy; the core treatment of "Spa" which essentially means health by water. We work with our clients to impact every system in the body." DaVinci Design Associates has over 20 years of experience in the spa industry. Owner Robert Langdon has a structured a team of experts in the areas of space planning, spa consulting, architectural services including LEED certified architects, construction administration, financing, equipment/retail sales, spa education and ongoing management.
"We've done considerable research about the potential client of The P," said Ms. Wilcox. "We envision groups of friends and families coming to the hotel to socialize and to spend time enjoying the local activities. Some members of the group will go off to the game, others will stay and share in the spa experience. We can also help to prepare for an evening out after a day in the sun or an afternoon shopping. The P guests will enjoy an extensive personalized treatment service menu, relaxation areas and a lifestyle retail store offering a wide range of natural and organic spa products, clothing and home-wares."
